A base for communication hardware
I developed the hardware and PCB implementation for an E32 radio module, bringing together power conversion, control and interface circuitry.
Working inside a meter
Large power components, connector access and low-voltage radio electronics had to coexist within an existing meter's geometry. I coordinated mechanical zones and verified the assembled board in 3D.
Reusable hardware foundation
The scope included schematics, component selection, library additions, layout, prototype preparation and manufacturing documentation. The board became the basis for further communication hardware, including the E32 + RS-485 variant.
