From customer schematic to a new PCB
I cleaned up and refactored a customer-provided design, then created the PCB from scratch for L1/L2/L3/N mains input and isolated low-voltage output.
Separating voltage domains
The board combines rectification, filtering, flyback conversion, regulation and supervision. Layout required clear high/low-voltage separation, practical power routing and space for large through-hole components within a fixed mechanical envelope.
Manufacturing-ready delivery
I owned placement, routing, mechanical integration, 3D verification and the complete manufacturing documentation package. The board was released to production.
