Version control where the design happens
I independently designed and developed a native Altium integration to replace folders of complete project copies stored in Google Drive. The work covered architecture, revision logic, the installer and the engineering workflow.
Compare, branch, restore
Engineers can commit revisions, branch from earlier project states, visually compare designs and restore selected changes without rolling back the entire project. Previous revisions can also become working bases for parallel development.
Used beyond delivery
All five engineers adopted RevTrace. It remained in active use at the company after my departure. The integration was tested with Altium Designer 25 and the team's production version.
