A fixed envelope
I developed the complete hardware platform, excluding firmware, for a replaceable ROTEK smart-meter module. Mechanical and electrical constraints were defined by the applicable Rosseti requirements.
Fitting the complete radio system
The PCB integrates E32 radio, MCU/control circuitry, multiple power rails, service interfaces and meter connections. Placement balanced enclosure fit, RF operation, service access and manufacturability.
Full hardware ownership
I handled schematics, component selection, Altium libraries, layout, 3D verification and the production documentation package. The hardware was delivered to the customer and entered production.
