Rebuilding the hardware foundation
I reviewed and refactored an existing schematic, from corrections in memory support circuits to a complete redesign of the emergency-power subsystem. I then designed the PCB from scratch.
Power and density in one enclosure
The board combines high-voltage circuitry, large through-hole power components and dense MCU peripherals. I handled functional zoning, placement, routing, enclosure coordination, 3D integration and manufacturing outputs.
Delivery status
The hardware design was complete when I left the company. Final drawing documentation remained outstanding; this project is not presented as a released production device.
