1.1. This personal data processing policy (hereinafter, the Policy) has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data” (hereinafter, the Personal Data Law), and establishes the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure its security by the website administrator, self-employed individual Ilya Dmitrievich Kozlyansky, Taxpayer Identification Number 262409398564 (hereinafter, the Operator).

4.2. Processing method: The Website operates by transmitting data in transit. Information entered by the User is processed in the server's random-access memory only for the time required to submit a request to a third-party service (data provider) and return the result to the User.
4.3. Once the processing session is complete and the result has been displayed, the data entered by the User is destroyed. It is not stored in the Operator's databases, logged, or transferred to third parties for advertising or other purposes.
4.4. Transfer to third parties: To fulfill the User's direct request through a tool's functionality, the entered data may be transferred to third-party API services. This transfer is necessary to provide the service requested by the User. By clicking the submit button and confirming consent through the checkbox, the User instructs the Operator to make this transfer.
5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only when the User independently enters it into dedicated forms on the Website. By completing the forms and/or clicking submit buttons with the consent checkbox selected, the User expresses consent to this Policy.
5.2. The Operator processes anonymized technical information (telemetry) about the User solely through JavaScript technology for security purposes and to prevent automated requests.
6.1. Because the Operator does not retain personal data entered into search forms, procedures for updating, correcting, or deleting data from the Operator's databases do not apply. Data is destroyed automatically immediately after its processing in transit.
